Tequila Blends & Mezcals
Tequilas (and mezcals) are distilled spirits made from the agave or maguey plant. Tequila must be produced in specific regions Mexico from a specific variety of Weber Blue Agave. Tequila blends contain at least 51% blue agave. Mezcals are made from other varieties of agave which are distilled differently, producing a smokier, less- refined flavor.

100 % Blue Agave Tequila -- Blanco, Reposado and Anejo
Blanco, "white" or "silver" tequilas are usually unaged. With its fresh, biting agave flavor, this is tequila in its purest form.
Reposado or "rested" tequilas are aged two months to one year in wood. Mellower than blancos, reposados still retain their fresh agave flavors
Anejo or "aged" tequilas are aged over a year in oak barrels. They are the most regal of Mexican spirits: smooth, rich and mellow.
